Hudson Hotel – SRO Conversion Projects
Apco Group was contracted to convert existing Single Room Occupancy (SRO) rooms to Hotel guestrooms. The Conversion work took place on the 17th, 18th and 20th Hotel floors. As a result of the work, the Hotel was able to add over 74 Hotel rooms to its key inventory. The project consisted of completely new Lay out, MEP, flooring, FF&E and finishes. In addition all 3 corridors were worked on and the completed floors were returned to the owner and added to the asset both timely and within budget.
