MKD HOUSE (Astoria)
Nestled in the heart of Astoria, this house was once the smallest house on the block. We were contracted to completely reimagine this space. We installed a staggering amount of steel beams and structural members and raised this home from a plain single-family to an interesting and eye-catching two-family home which stands out amongst the neighborhood. Complete with warm board heated flooring on all levels, all new appliances, fixtures and millwork. The before and after speaks for itself.
