Hudson Hotel, Common Restaurant
Apco Group was contracted to renovate and re-concept the entire restaurant and kitchen space at the Hotels main outlet. The work took place in 3 levels of the hotel and consisted of major MEP upgrades, all new lighting, electrical services, adding a brand new kitchen (and associated equipment), new Bar and a new, fully functional Fire Place. The project was completed on schedule and budget, giving a complete new vide to the Main level area of the Hotel.
