Completed, a Multi Million Dollar award winning, re development of entire property which included 128 guestrooms and suites, all new corridors, Façade adjustments and structural, carpentry, millwork, FF&E, MEP, FA, FP, Hvac systems throughout the facility.
Furnished and installed all new Roof top MEP which included all new structural steel, cooling towers, pumping station, Condenser water distribution (steam fitter) as well as configuration of a new BMS system.
