Hudson Hotel – Room Renovation Project
Apco Group was contracted to renovate all 900 guest rooms (bays), restrooms and corridors the Hudson NY. The project included renovation of the SRO Floor as well. The work gave the Hotel a much needed revival as was evident in the industry literature, guest comment cards and increase overall scores. A worthwhile note is that the renovation took place while the Hotel remained fully operational with limited down time as rooms and floors were turned timely and as per scheduled. The entire project was completed within 10 months, meeting the original timelines and schedules.
